Ihwa Mural Village
After the Namsan Park, we walked along Seoul City Wall which was originally built in 1396, surrounding Seoul (then known as Hanyang) during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1897). The wall stretches for 18.6km along the ranges of Bugaksan Mountain, Naksan Mountain, Namsan Mountain, and Inwangsan Mountain. Then we walked across Seoul to visit the Ihwa Mural Village. Ihwa is a cute area to walk around with a lot of painted walls and sculptures scattered around the village that were filmed in different Korean dramas. There are many murals which we took photos with.
We ran into the dry seafood market and a crowded eatery during our 17-km city walk today. We stopped by a supermarket on our way back, and I cooked kimchi instant noodles with sausage and vegetables for dinner.
