Gyeongbokgung – the main palace of Korea

I walked miles to Gyeongbokgung – the main palace of Korea, and visited the national palace museum of Korea, the National Folk Museum and the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History. Since a lot of exhibits were only in Korean, it was necessary to get the free or low cost (less than$1) audio guide to tour these museums. I had in depth understanding about Korean Contemporary History Of Prelude to the Republic of Korea from 1876 to 1945, Foundation of the Republic of Korea from 1945 to 1960, and the Development of the Republic of Korea from 1961 to 1987. I like the way South Korea maintains it historical sites: naturally aged without touch ups. By the way, a lot tourists rent costumes to photos in the palace ground.
