Food tips for travelers

One of my hostel mates came from China, and she shared her travel tips, such as sleeping and eating vegetarian food (donation-based)in Buddhist temples in Indian wherever there was no guesthouse or hotel. In addition, all countries have a repressive temple in Lumbini, Nepal, which provides free room and board for worshippers, the Burmese temple even provides meat dishes to worshipers.

She travels with an all-in-one pot (rice-cooking, stir fly, steaming, deep-fly) which costs only $5, and very light to carry. It is popular for traveling to food expensive countries, such as New Zealand and Africa.

We used the pot to cook chicken mushroom vege noodle soup tonight.
